1.What this is

Match & Coach connects people looking for a coaching conversation with professionally trained coaches who are working toward coaching credentials. Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee that a match will be made.

2.What coaching is, and isn't

Coaching is a collaborative conversation focused on your goals, decisions, and next steps. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support, and it isn't a substitute for licensed professional care. No diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice is provided through this service.

3.Your coach, your agreement

Once you're matched, your coach will explain how your sessions work and address confidentiality directly with you before coaching begins. Match & Coach is not a party to that agreement and is not involved in your sessions.

4.No guaranteed outcome

A coaching session doesn't promise a specific result, decision, or resolution. What you do with the conversation, and any decisions that follow it, are yours alone.

5.If you're in crisis

This service is not equipped to respond to emergencies. If you are at risk or in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services instead of submitting a request here.

6.Requests and coaching relationships

Match & Coach may decline a match request at its discretion. Once matched, you and your coach may each decide whether to begin or continue the coaching relationship.

7.How requests are handled

Requests submitted through this site are collected using Tally, a third-party form provider. See our Privacy page for how that information is used and stored.

8.Ownership & Legal Entity

The content, branding, and service mark for Match & Coach belong to and are operated by Anteroom LLC. Match & Coach is an independent matching portal and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
