If you request a match, we collect your name, email, location, and what you'd like to talk through. If you apply as a coach, we collect similar details along with your training background and, optionally, a verification link.
2.How it's used
We use this information to review your request, arrange your match, communicate with you about your request, and follow up with you afterward.
3.Where it's processed
Requests are submitted and stored using Tally, a third-party form provider. Information submitted through our forms is processed using Tally's systems and is subject to Tally's privacy and security practices.
4.What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We share it only as needed to review your request, arrange your match, operate the service, or where required by law.
5.How long we keep it
We retain your information only as long as needed to arrange your match and follow up with you afterward.
6.Limitations
We take reasonable care to protect your information, but no system can guarantee complete security.
